be an agent or an attorney in fact – ايشان از جانب من وكيل هستند. 1. He has authority on my behalf (to do as he pleases). 2. He is my agent or attorney in fact 3. He represents me. 4. He is my substitute (in this matter). 5. He is my proxy (in this matter). 6. He has power to act on my behalf. N.B. Persian always said when the speaker and the person referred to do not stand in the position of client and attorney, the former often informally authorizing the latter viva voce for an ad hoc purpose.
